What does Prophecy look like now?

First Corinthians 14 is often reduced to debates about spiritual gifts, but Paul's real point is much bigger. Every believer has a unique gift, and when those gifts are exercised in love, something powerful happens. Prophecy, in its truest biblical sense, is not about predicting the future. It is about building people up, encouraging them, and offering comfort to those who are hurting. When a church operates this way, outsiders walk in and encounter something real. They leave saying that God is truly present among His people. Your presence, your story, and your willingness to show up for others are gifts the church cannot afford to lose.
